Riverview Apartments

Coming Soon: Riverview Apartments in Corinth

RISE Housing and Support Services is constructing and will soon be operating Riverview Apartments, a 60 unit apartment program. The project is part of the state’s unprecedented $20 billion, five-year plan to make housing accessible and to combat homelessness.

The project is a joint effort of RISE Housing and Support Services and Hudson River Community Credit Union who donated the land for the Riverview Apartments.

RISE received capital funding through NYS Homes and Community Renewal (HCR), as well as capital and operational funding through NYS Office of Mental Health (OMH), and additional operating funds through the Empire State Supportive Housing Initiative (ESSHI). RISE also received a million dollar  FHLB Affordable Housing & Community Investment to assist in the development of the affordable housing units.

  • 30 units are designated as Supportive Housing
  • 30 units are designated as Affordable Housing for the general community (with 15 units prioritized for seniors).

The Supportive Housing units advance our Mission to help people living with mental health, substance use, and other life challenges to remain safe and healthy in the community through housing and supportive services. These units further our belief in the Housing First Approach, which views housing as the foundation for life improvement.

The Affordable Housing units are income based and available to anyone in the community who is income qualified (<60% area median income).
