This pet policy is designed to ensure that the pets who live at Dominic Hollow are well cared for and well-behaved, and that their owners acknowledge responsibility for their care, sanitation, and their behavior in the Dominic Hollow community. Pets may be approved if the conditions in the Dominic Hollow Pet Policy are met.

One and Two Bedroom Apartments are available.

Who should apply?  Individuals or households who meet the income and household size requirements listed in the table below may apply.  Household Size requirements can be waived at NYSHCR’s discretion.  Qualified applicants will be required to meet additional selection criteria.

A number of units is set aside for applicants with disabilities: Mobility: 6 unit and Vision/Hearing: 3 unit

Income restrictions apply. Based on the size of your household, your Maximum annual Income must be equal to or less than the amount listed in the chart below.

Applicants must be income and asset eligible at the time of application and lease execution.
