What We Do

RISE Housing and Support Services provides a variety of housing and support services.

Residential Housing

RISE Residential Housing programs provide safe, healthy housing to people who need extra support while they focus on their recovery and/or mental health needs.

Affordable Housing

Affordable Housing is vital to building a strong community. When individuals and families have safe and affordable housing, they have the opportunity to improve their quality of life. Affordable housing gives people the security and the means to become involved and engaged in the community.

Intensive Crisis Residence

SunRISE Retreat, the RISE Intensive Crisis Residence (ICR), is a voluntary, short-term residential program for individuals who are experiencing a mental health crisis and/or are experiencing challenges in daily life that create risk for an escalation of symptoms that cannot be managed in the individual’s home and community environment without onsite supports.

Support Services

RISE Support Services programs provide Care Management to families and individuals to coordinate services with local healthcare professionals to meet their mental, physical, and emotional needs.

Advocacy and Outreach

RISE Advocacy and Outreach programs aim to make things happen in the most direct and empowering ways possible. Our outreach is part of our commitment to help end homelessness in our community.

Recovery Services

RISE Recovery Services are designed to honor the unique needs and challenges of each individual in their recovery journey.
