RISE Recovery Services are offered through several unique and specialized programs.

Our recovery coaches work closely with each resident to facilitate a successful, substance-free transition back into the community.
RISE Above is a residential rehabilitation provides a structured environment for persons whose potential for independent living is seriously limited due to significant functional impairment due to substance use. RISE Above provides a course of rehabilitative services in a structured environment with staffing to provide monitoring and support and case management.
Hedgerow House is a residential reintegration program providing services to individuals in recovery from substance use.
Hedgerow Apartment Program (HAP) is a supportive transitional apartment program providing services to individuals in recovery from substance use.
PSAP Recovery Apartments provide residential support services in transitional apartments to adults with co-occurring mental health and substance use diagnoses who need support to live independently while maintain their recovery.

RISE Recovery Services Programs provide services in Saratoga County, but we accept out of county referrals for most of our Recovery Programs.
