Please join us in congratulating the May 2026 Recognition Recipients!

Staff on the Rise Recognition

Staff on the Rise is an employee recognition program which recognizes staff who possess an exemplary work ethic, excel on the job, are team players, and are an inspiration to others.

Please join us in congratulating Norma Baitinger as the May Staff on the Rise Recognition recipient and on her promotion to Senior Accounting Associate.

Norma has been with RISE for 4 years and has worked several positions within Finance.  She takes great pride in what she does and always goes above and beyond.  Even prior to her promotion, Norma was a ‘go to’ in finance and willing to assist everyone.   Norma is a true asset to RISE, and we are lucky to have her!

Rise to the Occasion Recognition

The Rise to the Occasion Recognition is given to individuals who see a need within the agency and go above and beyond to fill that need.

Please join us in congratulating Quinn Brackney, Riverview Overnight Building Staff Person and Relief Counselor as the May Rise to the Occasion Recognition recipient.

Quinn has been instrumental in addressing a significant scheduling issue at one of our Community Residences. When they reached out for assistance, Quinn promptly offered help without hesitation. We genuinely appreciate Quinn’s support which enabled us to ensure that the program was covered effectively while also meeting the clients’ needs with grace and compassion. Thank you, Quinn!

Rise to the Extra Mile Recognition

The Rise to the Extra Mile Recognition is given to highly motivated individuals who go that extra mile in their job.

Please join us in congratulating, Heather Ball, Housing First Coordinator, as the May Rise to the Extra Mile Recognition recipient.
