RISE staff and residents joined the Saratoga County Citizen’s Committee at the Mental Health America New York State’s Mental Health Matters Legislative Day in Albany. After an energetic rally around the Capital Building, they met with our Saratoga County representatives to share the needs and concerns of individuals living with psychiatric disabilities.
