March 2022 Staff Recognitions

Please join us in congratulating the March Recognition Recipients!

Rise to the Extra Mile Recognition

The Rise to the Extra Mile Recognition is given to highly motivated individuals who go that extra mile in their job. Rise to the Extra Mile honorees get to park in a designated parking space at the RISE administration office.

Congratulations to Ashley Mulvaney, Client Account Clerk, & Susan Baitinger, Accounting Support Specialist, the recipients of the March Rise to the Extra Mile recognition. Ashely and Susan worked together to keep all the RISE Accounts in order while the accounting department was undergoing staffing changes. Additionally, they trained and brought new staff up to speed, all while maintaining the facts and figures needed to keep impeccable books!

Thank you Ashely and Susan!

Rise to the Occasion Recognition

The Rise to the Occasion Recognition is given to individuals who see a need within the agency and go above and beyond to fill that need.

Congratulations to Stace Shinn, Facility Manager, the recipient of the March Rise to the Occasion Recipient. Stace worked tirelessly to remove snow from all our sites throughout the winter and especially the 2 inch thick ice we had early in March. Additionally, he is very helpful in doing the little extras for our community residences such as changing lightbulbs that are too high for others to reach, removing old furniture, and changing locks – all with a smile and a great attitude.

Thank you Stace!

Staff on the RISE

Staff on the Rise is an employee recognition program which recognizes staff who possess an exemplary work ethic, excel on the job, are team players, and are an inspiration to others.

Congratulations to Maggie Vogel, the recipient of the March Staff on the Rise recognition. Maggie has been the senior counselor at Edgewood House since she started with RISE in March 2020. She loves working at RISE and hopes to grow her career within the agency. “I enjoy working with the residents,” Maggie explains, “It is great seeing them making strides towards reaching their goals and especially overcoming obstacles that they didn’t think they could overcome.”
