Dawn has transformed the Milestone Manor into a trauma informed, person centered residential treatment program.

Rise to the Occasion Recognition

The Rise to the Occasion Recognition is given to individuals who see a need within the agency and go above and beyond to fill that need.

Congratulations to Judy Bedore, Financial Consultant, the May Rise to the Occasion recipient! Judy was very instrumental in assisting Ashley Vosburgh, Finance Director, with the agency’s financial audit.

Rise to the Extra Mile Recognition

The Rise to the Extra Mile Recognition is given to highly motivated individuals who go that extra mile in their job. Rise to the Extra Mile honorees get to park in a designated parking space at the RISE administration office.

Please join us in Congratulating Victoria Furfaro, Care Manager, as April’s RISE to the Extra Mile honoree!

Victoria partnered with Healing Springs Recovery Community Center to coordinate a NARCAN training, adding the incentive of Stay Healthy Backpacks filled them with hygiene items every attendee receive.

Staff on the RISE

Staff on the Rise is an employee recognition program which recognizes staff who possess an exemplary work ethic, excel on the job, are team players, and are an inspiration to others.

Congratulations to Janessa Ellmers, the recipient of the April Staff on the Rise recognition! Janessa was recently promoted to Senior Adult Care Manager. She demonstrates an excellent work ethic, often going above and beyond her duties by taking on extra projects that makes both her and her coworkers’ jobs easier.
