RISE strives to be as a catalyst, leader, and partner in meeting the housing and recovery needs of our community. Through the use of Advocacy Videos, our knowledgeable and resourceful staff and board members hope to educate the community to reduce the stigma associated with mental health diagnoses, substance use, and other life challenges.
