RISE Housing and Support Services has an opportunity for a skilled individual, with leadership experience in a human services organization, to manage our new Clubhouse International modeled program, Homebase. A successful candidate will enjoy supporting a member-driven recovery-oriented program environment, in which members of the program work to achieve their goals. This position will have the unique opportunity to lead an innovative program that meets an important community need, while inspiring and supporting a team of dedicated professionals.
RISE offers the Homebase Program Director:
- A starting base salary range $50,000 – $60,000 per year
- A $1,500 bonus after 6 months of employment

Overview of Job Responsibilities:
- Maintaining strong member enrollment and meaningful participation
- Providing supportive supervision to members of the team
- Ensuring compliance with oversight requirements and agency standards
- Creating and implementing new procedures and managing policy adherence
- Engaging with community providers to maintain positive communication and referrals
- Modeling positive and appropriate behaviors and supporting professional development for staff
To qualify you must have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience providing director support in a human services organization
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- Other combinations of education and experience will be considered
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal boundaries

- Successful completion of RISE background checks, a valid driver’s license and a driving history acceptable to the RISE automobile policy.
