RISE Housing and Support Services is looking for technology savvy individual to join our team as a Network Support Technician. A successful candidate will have experience responding to the IT needs of an organization in a variety of settings and experience with network management.
RISE offers a Network Support Technician
- A starting rate of $21.00 to $23.50 based on experience

Overview of Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to agency IT support requests
- Identify risks and troubleshoot agency hardware, software, and network
- Support agency IT security efforts
- Positively communicate internally and externally
To qualify you must have:
- 1+ years of related on the job experience responding to general support needs
- Network experience
- An Associate Degree in Computer Information Systems or a related field
- Other combinations of education and experience will be considered
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50lbs and work with long periods of sitting or standing
- Strong interpersonal boundaries

- Clearance with all relevant background checks as per RISE policies and governing regulations
- A valid NY State Driver’s License, a driving record acceptable to the RISE automotive program, and reliable transportation
