RISE Housing and Support Services has an entry-level opportunity for an empathetic, creative, and insightful individual to join our team at our Intensive Care Unit. A successful candidate will be able to navigate the daily duties of the program while keeping their focus on offering high-quality support and advocacy to our residents, as they work to overcome the life challenges their mental health diagnoses have presented.
RISE offers a starting Community Residence Counselor I:
- A rate of $20.00 per hour
- A $1,000 bonus after 6 months of employment

To qualify you must have:
- An understanding of human services and the dedication to learn
- CRPA designation (Certified Recovery Peer Advocate) is welcome but not required.
- A willingness to do what needs to be done to meet the goals of the program
- An ability to operate independently, think on your feet, and follow your training
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal boundaries
- Our shared belief system in areas such as compassion, respect, positivity, and inclusion
- Successful completion of RISE background checks, a valid driver’s license and a driving history acceptable to the RISE automobile policy.
