RISE Housing and Support Services has an opportunity for an empathetic, organized, and dedicated individual with leadership experience to manage our growing adult care management team. A successful candidate will be able to lead our adult care managers who are helping our program participants overcome the life challenges their mental health diagnoses have presented.
RISE offers an Adult Care Management Program Director:
- A starting salary based on your qualifications

Overview of Job Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and supporting the delivery of services to our program participants
- Ensuring high standards of quality assurance and appropriate submission of Medicaid billing
- Engaging with community providers to maintain positive communication and referrals
- Complying with all relevant regulations governing the program
- Modeling positive and appropriate behaviors and supporting professional development for staff
To qualify you must have:
- A Master’s Degree in Human Services
- Two years of experience in a related human services field
- Other combinations of education and experience will be considered
- A year of experience in a leadership role
- An ability to inspire a team of people in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal boundaries
