Each month, RISE recognizes an individual in one of our programs who has made exceptional progress toward meeting their goals. Brian is a resident in the Hedgerow House Program, a substance use residential reintegration program. Hedgerow House provides 24-hour supervision, individualized trauma-informed and person-centered support, along with a range of other supportive services. The recovery coaches work closely with each resident to the facilitate a successful substance-free transition back into the community.
