RISE Housing and Support Services has an opportunity for a positive, compassionate, and inclusive individual to join our teams at chemical dependancy programs, Hedgerow House and RISE Above, in Ballston Spa, NY. A successful candidate will be able to navigate the daily duties of referral management while keeping their focus supporting our residents, as they work to overcome the life challenges their chemical dependency diagnosis has presented.
RISE offers a starting Intake Coordinator:
- A rate of $20 per hour
- $1,500 bonus after 6 months of employment

Overview of Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with team members to manage referrals
- Collecting and filing referral related documentation
- Modeling positive and appropriate behaviors for residents
- Managing phones at the front desk of the RISE Above program
To qualify you must have:
- Experience supporting individuals diagnosed with chemical dependency
- Working toward and/or a willingness to start work toward a CASAC-T or CASAC credential a plus
- An ability to operate independently, think on your feet, and follow your training
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal boundaries
- Our shared belief system in areas such as empathy, respect, understanding, and dedication
- Clearance with all relevant background checks as per RISE policies and governing regulations
- A valid NY State Driver’s License and a driving record acceptable to the RISE automotive program desired
