RISE Housing and Support Services has an opportunity for a dedicated and self-motivated individual with administrative leadership experience in a human service field, to join our agency as our new Services Director. A successful candidate will be able to support other members of agency leadership, create and adjust policies and procedures for the betterment of our service recipients and the agency, and will possess a deep respect for the people we serve and be able to inspire that in others.
RISE offers a Services Director:
- A starting salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year
- A $1,500 bonus after 6 months of employment

Overview of Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as part of the agency’s administrative team
- Direct agency program operations, recertification, development, and implementation
- Provide supportive supervision to assigned members of agency leadership
- Develop policies and program goals to direct staff toward a common vision
- Ensure high standards of service delivery and policy adherence
To qualify you must have:
- A LMSW or other master’s degree clinical degree preferred
- 5+ years of leadership in a human services organization
- Other combinations of education and experience will be considered
- Familiarity with NYS mental health and chemical dependency program regulatory requirements
- An ability to inspire teams of people in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal boundaries

- Successful completion of RISE background checks, a valid driver’s license and a driving history acceptable to the RISE automobile policy.
