August 2025 Homebase is almost complete!
Bonacio Construction has been hard at work bringing this vision to life and soon RISE Housing and Support Services will proudly open the doors to Homebase — a low-barrier, psychosocial day program where vulnerable community members can find acceptance, support, and a safe place to simply be.
Located at 127 Union Street in Saratoga Springs, within walking distance of the Route 50 CDTA Bus Line, Homebase will offer connection and community right in the heart of downtown.

Bonacio Construction is constructing Homebase Therapeutic Community Center that RISE Housing and Support Services will be operating soon!
Homebase will be a low-barrier, psychosocial day program that will provide a supportive, safe community for vulnerable citizens to simply exist and be accepted.
