Congratulations to Daniela Fabiani-Longo, Adult Care Manager, as the October Rise to the Extra Mile Recognition recipient!
Daniela gives her clients her full attention at all times. Daniela is very competent in balancing her duties within her care management role. She makes sure her clients always know she’s there for them. Daniela is an excellent team player and she spreads good cheer to the Care Management Team each morning by going around the office and saying good morning to everyone.

Rise to the Occasion Recognition
The Rise to the Occasion Recognition is given to individuals who see a need within the agency and go above and beyond to fill that need.
Congratulations to Niki Orologio, Hedgerow House Community Residence Case Manager, as the October Rise to the Occasion Recognition recipient!
Nikie is a great team player and helps new team members in anyway she can. “I am always asking questions and Niki always has the answers,” says one of her coworkers. “If she does not, she will find someone who does.” Nikki helps with any sought our advice – from filling out a resident’s chart to finding files on the computer. She is always pleasant and is a great communicator. Niki is a pleasure to work with and goes above and beyond to stop what she is in the middle of in order to offer assistance.

Staff on the RISE
Staff on the Rise is an employee recognition program which recognizes staff who possess an exemplary work ethic, excel on the job, are team players, and are an inspiration to others.
Congratulations to Liz Gregorek, Hedgerow House Community Residence Case Manager, as the October Staff on the Rise recognition recipient!
Liz, who started at Hedgerow House in February 2023, came in very strong. She is a very quick learner and has become a vital member of the team within her first few months with the agency. Liz exhibits an exceptional work ethic by being on time, taking initiative, covering additional shifts when needed, and stepping up to help our team in any way that she can. The Hedgerow House staff are delighted to have her as part of our team.
